Why is WhatsApp charged separately?
WhatsApp (Meta) charges for every conversation, and the price depends on the country and the kind of message. We pass Meta’s price through with a fixed 30% on top. If Meta lowers its prices, you pay less.
Can I bring my existing contacts?
Yes, on every plan. Upload an Excel or CSV file or connect Google Contacts; Mycel sorts them and can start a conversation with those who agreed to be contacted.
What counts as “a customer handled by AI”?
